PROFESIONAL EXPERIENCE 

• Develop, maintain, modify and improve the performance of the equipment in processing plant Crushing, Conveying, Grinding, Cyclone Cluster, Leaching, Carbon in Leach, Elution and Electro winning, waste water treatment plant, and its support utility.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance as scheduled and give the quick response troubleshooting during breakdown maintenance with satisfactory quality and accordance with HSE procedure
• Assist operations, maintenance, and metallurgical groups by understanding, troubleshooting, problem solving, and optimizing instruments, equipment and systems
• Utilize test equipment, Electronic/Electrical theory, computer loops, and mechanical theory to calibrate Instruments
• Perform transformer/switch gear/motor control/sensor and actuator repairs

• Monitor electrical section against preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance especially for electrical facilities and infrastructure, automation and control system activities for Out Pit Crushing and Conveying system.
• Supervise for Electrical Support Facility and Automation Engineer
• 100 % Register Electrical Part ANSI for Pronto Maintenance Management System
• As member of agent of change to make problem report and analysis using DMAIC (six sigma) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Trainer PLC Allen Bradley, Expert Control System, Quality Mindset and Workshop 5R

• Monitor mechanical and electrical section against preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities for Out Pit Crushing and Conveying System.
• Supervise for Electrical and Mechanical maintenance in a shift
• Working on shift and give the quick response troubleshooting during breakdown maintenance
• Make technical report for every problem in OPCC (hydraulic system, mechanic, electric, control and instrumentation) and give the recommendation.

• Develop, maintain, modify and improve the performance of the equipment crushing, loading and conveying and all mechanical devices in plant operations.
• Commissioning mobile stacking conveyor
• Contribute make job safety analysis for electrical, instrumentation and control
• Acting as electrical foreman on a maintenance shift crew C

• Good knowledge of electrical/power engineering (I am familiar with Single Line Diagram, Power Study, Protection Equipment, Electrical Machinery, High Voltage, Low Voltage, DC system, Drives/Starter, UPS, battery, PV, Lightning Protection, Earthing/Grounding)
• Good knowledge of field instrumentation (I have been trained on field instrumentation, site experience. I am also familiar with P&ID drawing, loop diagram and schematics)
• Good knowledge of process control system (Advance in controllogix PLC Allen Bradley, Schneider and VisiLogix Unitronix with ladder programming. Good knowledge in Human Machine Interface program by ECS, AVEVA, Vijeo Designer and Unitronix)
• Familiar with Linux OS and Microsoft Windows OS
